This site is dedicated to iNODE software support only for customers with an active support contract.
In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests.
You may also find helpful info about your issue by searching our knowledge base here. We always recommend to address your issue to your iNODE administrator or you iNODE Partner first because they will provide you more advanced support services also for other related hardware and software systems.
If you are a direct support customer or an iNODE Partner and have an active support contract for your iNODE system you can ask support by creating a ticket here (If you want to create an account here you need to send your request by email). You can also create a ticket by submitting an email to iNODE Support Center. Please note that a valid email address is required to submit a ticket by email.
